Who we are
Shotly is software developed and sold by Perception Group, based in Belgium (EU).
Perception Group Gitsestraat 593 8800 Roeselare Belgium, EU VAT BE 1031.162.458 [email protected]Your license
When you buy Shotly you get one license. It has no time limit, and you can use it on two computers at the same time.
- The license is for you or your company. Don't share, sell or publish your key. A key that turns up in public is switched off.
- Moving to a new computer? Open Settings in Shotly on the old one and choose Deactivate on this computer. Your key then works on the new one.
Buying
Windows: Shotly is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, charge the VAT and email you a receipt with your license key. The price on this site includes VAT.
Mac: Shotly is sold through the Mac App Store. Apple handles the sale under Apple's own terms.
Refunds
- A refund is only possible within 8 hours of your purchase.
- Email [email protected] within those 8 hours. Include the email address you used at checkout, your order number and why you want a refund.
- The time your email arrives is what counts. Requests after 8 hours, or without a reason, are not refunded.
- After a refund your license key is switched off.
After those 8 hours there are no refunds. A license key works the moment it is delivered and can't be handed back, so this is how we stop keys from being copied and passed on after a refund.
Bought Shotly on the Mac App Store? Then Apple handles refunds, through reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't refund App Store purchases ourselves.
Right of withdrawal
Shotly is digital content that you get right away. By buying it, you ask for your license key to be delivered at once, and you accept that your 14 day right of withdrawal ends as soon as the key is delivered (article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). The 8 hour refund window above comes on top of that.
Support
For problems with Shotly, questions about your key and refund requests, write to [email protected]. That is the only address we handle them from. The support page lists what to include when something goes wrong.
Law
Belgian law applies. This doesn't take away any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
