License key

Find your license key

Your key is in the receipt email you got right after buying Shotly for Windows. Search your inbox, and your spam folder, for Shotly or Lemon Squeezy.

Look it up on Lemon Squeezy

Lemon Squeezy handles the sale and keeps your order. You don't need an account, only the email you used at checkout.

  1. Open My Orders on Lemon Squeezy.
  2. Enter the email you used at checkout. They send you a login link.
  3. Open the login link from that email.
  4. Open your Shotly order. The license key is there.

If the login link opens a page that says 404, copy the link from the email and paste it into the browser tab where you asked for it.

Still can't find it?

Write to us with the email you used at checkout and we'll look up your order and send you the key.

This opens your email app with a message to [email protected]. Nothing is sent until you press send.

How to activate

  1. Open Shotly. Without a key it opens on the activation screen.
  2. Paste the key from your email.
  3. Click Activate.

One key works on two of your computers, with no time limit. Moving to a new one? In Settings, choose Deactivate on this computer on the old one first.

Bought Shotly on the Mac App Store? Then there is no key. Apple keeps your purchase, so you can download it again from the App Store at any time.
